After being drafted in by Renaker on a previous project, to help out another failing painting contractor, and delivering successfully on what we were tasked with. We were delighted to be rewarded with the full painting package for this monster tower block in the City
This high rise tower block comprised of a selection of one, two and three bedroom apartments totalling 349 units. The development reaches a towering 44 storeys and is the tallest building in the City of Manchester. All apartments have been designed to a high specification with contemporary bathrooms and bespoke kitchens. Facilities for residents will include gym, 24/7 hotel style concierge, residents’ lounge and two landscaped gardens
Works have taken a little over 14 months start to finish and the building is now being prepared for handover to the client
