New Build Painters and Decorators in Manchester

SDPC (NW) Ltd offer a comprehensive range of painting and decorating services to the residential, industrial and commercial sectors. Through our experience and knowledge, we can assist our clients through the entire process from pre-tender until final account. Below is a summary of how we work with our clients on new build painting projects throughout the North West of England, ultimately working with you in achieving the set out programme and meeting if not exceeding the required quality onsite. Our new build projects are worked on with house-builders and main contractors who support our values of quality, reliability and safety and our primary goals are to make sure the projects are run as efficiently and cost effectively as possible, whilst maintaining optimum quality.

The Science Behind The Magic...

Pre-Construction

Upon receipt of an enquiry it is passed straight through to our Commercial Department to price the works and then return the costing along with any qualifications, this is usually submitted on a fixed price lump sum cost. At this point, both our Commercial team and Contracts Managers meet to go through all the drawings and specification to try and highlight any potential issues, we believe that the more input we have at this early stage in the process will help to iron out any potential issues once we get onsite.

Construction / Build

On award of the contract, we will attend a pre-start meeting to discuss labour requirements, programme, specification, our QA/QC process and any other areas of potential concern. The project specific RAMS, insurances and COSHH information is submitted to the site team and depending on programme labour is allocated to the works. We monitor our resources onsite continually throughout the contract duration to ensure programme is being adhered to at all times.

After/Customer Care

All plots are painted to the absolute satisfaction of the site management team and any snag lists will be attended to promptly so as not to jeopardise any CML dates. Once CML has been achieved and the client has moved in, we have a separate Customer Care Division for any 4 week calls or damages caused when the client moved in. Our customer care team is completely separate to our production teams which ensures the programme can still progress whilst we also attend to this.
