The safety of our operatives and other trades we’re working with is of paramount important to us. Our entire onsite operation is overseen by an external team, qualified to the NEBOSH Level 6 standard. The site teams are supervised by a SMSTS certified Contracts Manager with larger sites having a dedicated SSSTS operative assigned. Through the implementation of our training matrix, we also have trained staff in IPAF and PASMA to ensure that each and every project can be catered for in a safe manner.
CHAS & SMAS Accreditation
Our track record onsite is amongst the best in the industry having been incident and accident free for many years, in addition we have a thorough Health and Safety policy produced and managed by our advisers ensuring we remain up-to-date with current legislation. This policy along with the site specific project RAMS are made available to all operatives that work with us onsite through the attendance at a pre-start site induction carried out by our Contracts Managers. All internal systems have been independantly through the CHAS, SMAS and Constructionline accreditation of which we take great pride in being a part of.
Each and every project is assessed before commencing works, so that individual and specific method statements, risk assessments and COSHH assessments can be developed and delivered to the workforce on site through a site specific induction prior to starting on site.
